You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others stay organized while delivering dependable support within a structured work environment.
