* Job Description:

** The Administrator II – Traffic is responsible for processing invoices, providing remittance statements, and using Freight Vendor invoice portals.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

**** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Invoice Processing:**  + Receive, review, code invoices and process payment.  + Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
* ** Vendor Management:**  + Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and discrepancies.  + Review vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
* ** Payment Processing:**  + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
* ** Record Keeping:**  + Maintain organized files and records of accounts payable transactions.  + Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
* ** Compliance & Controls:**  + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
* 2-3 years of related experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $35,000 - $87,000.  Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
