Your Daily Flow – Broad Responsibilities

Execute 120+ outbound calls/emails to warm international leads using provided scripts
Qualify prospects efficiently on needs, budget, and timeline
Book discovery calls for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve the weekly target of 5-10 qualified meetings to unlock attractive perks

Clear Path To Big Money & Team Lead

Performance-Driven Journey:

Begin as intern at 15k (Months 1-3) – prove results for hikes from Month 4 and early full-time. Rise to Team Lead in 2 years (10-18 LPA total, leading your team).
Months 1-3:
Ramp-up + perks (15k)
Month 4+:
Stipend review based on performance
Month 6+:
Full-time (30k+ base  4 LPA) + commissions
Top freshers: 6-8 LPA Year 1 via commissions.
