IT Executive Internship Ropar, Mohali, Baddi, Zirakpur

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in creating and managing user accounts in email systems such as Google Workspace
Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
Help in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
Support network setup and maintenance including WiFi access points, switches, and firewall systems
Monitor IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up email accounts and provisioning access
Maintain IT inventory and asset records
Help in managing data backup and security procedures
Support the IT team in resolving technical issues reported by users
Assist in documenting IT processes and system configurations
