Granite Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Treasury Management professional to advance our Treasury Management Department. This pivotal role will deliver exceptional customer service striving for excellence in everything you do, develop strategic initiatives, and develop and drive business growth through innovative treasury management solutions.

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Treasury Management products to include Remote Deposit, ACH Origination, Online Wire Transfers, ACH Positive Pay and Check Positive Pay
• Manage the administration and setup of Treasury Management Customers
• Deliver white glove service while leading clients through the onboarding journey and servicing Treasury Management products
• Prospect new clients to sell treasury management products
• Add value to customer relationships by delivering annual relationship reviews
• Monitor and Develop Treasury Management Products
• Monitor and assess risk of Treasury Management clients by completing risk reviews
• Train staff on Treasury Management products, features, and benefits
• Formulate strategies to grow bank deposits
• Monitor market and products trends for deposit growth opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience, 3+ years of treasury management experience, & 10+ years of banking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
