Part-Time Program Coordinator & Lead Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and enthusiastic leader to support our growing art education programs. This role combines team coordination, staff support, and substitute teaching.

• Coordinate and communicate with teaching staff
• Assist with scheduling and instructor coverage
• Serve as on-call substitute instructor for classes and events
• Ensure high-quality classroom instruction and student engagement
• Support onboarding and training of new instructors
• Help maintain curriculum consistency and supplies

• Experience working with children (teaching preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and support a team
• Flexible availability (including occasional evenings/weekends)
• Reliable transportation (must be able to travel to different class locations through the twin cities and transport supplies). Public transportation or ride shares will not work.

Part-time 5-8 hours/week. Mostly in the afternoons 2-5pm
Flexible with on-call availability required.

Hybrid remote in Champlin (main office area) and twin cities metro area. There is travel involved
