We are seeking a CAPEX Procurement Specialist to support procurement activities for capital projects. The role involves managing sourcing events, preparing RFP/RFQ documents, coordinating supplier communications, supporting bid evaluations, and assisting with contract negotiations. The specialist will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities- Support procurement activities for CAPEX / capital projects
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and sourcing events
- Coordinate supplier communication and collect bids
- Assist in bid evaluation, supplier selection, and negotiations
- Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and purchase orders
Track procurement milestones and report project progress - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Experience in CAPEX / project procurement or strategic sourcing
- Experience with RFP/RFQ, supplier negotiations, and contract management
- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
