Position: Store Delivery Driver (Part Time)

Champaign, IL, USA – Part time

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships with them.
  • Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintaining/checking inventory.
  • Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering our parts.
  • Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador as you meet customers during your deliveries.
  • Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
  • Maintaining the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
  • Other duties as needed.

What you’ll need:
  • Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach to upper shelves (up to eight feet) with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise for the entire shift.
  • Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and return parts appropriately.
  • Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
  • Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  • Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
  • Able to be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $15.00. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
