• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be drug-free, obtain a clean criminal background, and have a DUI‑free driving record
• Have a valid driver’s license

• Preferred: 2–5 years mechanical experience

• Training Phase (4 months):
  Pay $18–$20/hour (based on skillset)
• Post-Training:
  Salary $40,000 annually, plus 8% commission on repair work, eligibility for a $500 monthly working performance bonus

• Tool rent‑to‑own program
• Company‑issued pickup truck, cell phone, and laptop provided

• Monday–Friday, starting at 8 AM until calls are complete
• Rotating on‑call schedule (every 12–15 weeks)
