What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand through partnerships with local store management
  • Conduct regular store visits to build relationships and support product sales
  • Act as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to enhance growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with accounts
  • Proficiency in financial and analytical acumen to analyze sales data
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel (75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the agriculture or animal nutrition sector
  • Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative ideas and strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
