SummaryThe BDM will have national responsibility for the profitable sales growth of Field Sports products, with a focus on the Upper 90 brand of soccer equipment. The BDM champions lead generation strategies, channel partner development, and customer relationships to achieve this primary objective.
The BDM will take point on sales strategy, lead generation, and channel partner engagement. The position has a national scope and is focused on increasing brand visibility, growing market share, and building relationships across key customer groups.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the athletic facility market and a particular interest in soccer. You’ll work closely with our inside sales team and the broader Gill/Porter sales organization to turn opportunities into wins.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel strategies to grow sales of Upper 90 and field sports products.
- Strengthen relationships with sales partners and drive their success representing our brand.
- Lead new business development efforts for soccer and field sports equipment—goals, accessories, player seating, ball stop systems, and more.
- Partner with inside sales to improve lead generation, customer outreach, and conversion.
- Increase engagement through direct contact, email, text, social campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
- Act as a sales leader in product planning and development, customer/partner issue resolution, and other responsibilities as defined.
- Proven track record of growing sales, improving gross margins, and building market share.
- Experience in business development, sales strategy, or channel management.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
- Familiarity with team sports or athletic facility sales—ideally soccer.
- Soccer experience—as a coach, player, or industry professional—is strongly preferred.
Salary Range $60,000-$65,00 0/year
Yearly bonus eligible
