Outside Sales Representative

• Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
• Deliver consultative, value‑based presentations both in‑person and virtually
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify new opportunities and close sales efficiently
• Maintain accurate tracking of pipeline and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

• Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, comfortable selling both face‑to‑face and virtually
• High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive nature
