This position is onsite in Champaign, IL.

• Answer incoming sales calls and sell our products.
• Schedule installations after selling a service.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism.
• Route incorrect calls to the correct department.
• Make outgoing calls to prospective customers.
• Determine ways to increase sales.

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
• Understanding of products and services being sold
• Self-motivation and a desire for success
• Time management skills

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Internet hardware, Wi-Fi and VoIP desired
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

• Prolonged sitting:
  Most of the workday will be spent seated at a desk and working on the computer and telephone.
• Hand dexterity:
  Frequent typing and use of the mouse on a computer.
• Hearing and speech:
  Clear ability to listen to customers on the phone and communicate effectively.
• Light lifting:
  May need to lift and carry small items like files or paperwork occasionally.

The base salary range for this position is $38,000 – 40,000 base pay with expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $66,600 – 69,800. All commission plans are uncapped for higher earning potential.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience. Pavlov Media is committed to complying with the Equal Pay Act and places a strong emphasis on internal equity when determining compensation. Final pay will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and alignment with our internal equity standards, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.

The salary banding for this role also allows room for growth, with opportunities for pay increases within the band based on performance and contributions.
