Love sports, fashion, and being in the middle of the action? Rally House is looking for a Team Sales Lead who’s ready to energize the floor, coach teammates, and make the store feel like game day every day.
As a Team Sales Lead, you’ll drive results by setting the tone, delivering exceptional service, and supporting your fellow associates. You’ll lead by example on the floor, coach new hires, and take charge of visual standards and daily priorities, keeping the store running smoothly and looking sharp.
You’ll also support store leadership with key operations—including returns, transfers, merchandising, and loss prevention—while bringing a positive, enthusiastic attitude that rallies the entire team.
This role is a stepping stone for growth within Rally House. Team Sales Leads receive ongoing coaching and development opportunities designed to prepare you for Store Manager and other leadership roles. Responsibilities- Staffing: shift management, leading others
- Customer service: ensuring customer remains the top priority
- Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
- Merchandising: meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves, merchandising; organizing, game‑planning, and execution
- Ability to lead others

- Minimum 18 years of age; 1–2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
- Seeking a long‑term position with the aim to advance in store leadership and expand career within store operations
- Physical requirements:
required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
$16.00 – $21.00 per hour
