Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial: $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is requested.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their decision to shop at Target.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and area to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Assist with workload to minimize guest disruption.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests.
• Assist with truck unload and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays or all departments.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage is accurate for all departments.
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support execution of major transitions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including trash, restrooms, carts, and spills as needed.
• Accurately execute all fills and organize reserve product from all departments.
• Process all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete backroom daily and weekly audits.
• If certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise.
• Maintain backroom organization and follow equipment guidelines.
• Follow processes with attention to detail and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-Up, while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, with lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally (with or without assistance).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions for certain duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
