• Must be friendly, diligent and responsible
• Math and problem‑solving skills
• A great attitude and an easy smile are required
• Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
