Sam’s Club is looking for a dedicated Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team. The role focuses on keeping shelves stocked, maintaining sanitary conditions, and providing friendly customer service at the deli front line.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Our members love shopping for fresh food—our happy‑to‑help fresh food associates power that experience. As part of our freezer, cooler and deli team, you’ll play a vital role in operations, sanitation, and customer service.

You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high‑quality products are cared for and available for members.
• Keeping shelves clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food.
• Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

Maintaining safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.

Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits, logs, and documentation.

Providing member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services.

Following company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring fans, drains, and doors, and reporting issues to management.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply.

Must be 18 years of age or older. You must complete all required training and assessments on schedule if hired.

Proficiency in stocking and customer service, passion for product care, and willingness to adapt to change.
