Join Target as a General Merchandise Expert. The Starting Hourly Rate is $16.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
