Cook - Part-Time 2nd Shift

We're looking to add to our experienced culinary team. Now interviewing qualified candidates who are eager to please our seniors by preparing made-from-scratch menu items. Part-Time, Evening Shift.

We are currently seeking a Cook to provide timely preparation of quality food for residents, guests, family members and staff according to established facility policies and procedures, using safe food handling requirements.

• Prepare made-from-scratch menu items for residents, guests, family members and staff in a timely manner according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency of meals.

• Must be dependable
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Cooking experience in a long-term care setting, hospitality industry, or restaurant preferred
• Be able to work independently or in a team environment
• Current Sanitation Certification (facility will help to attain)
