Overview
Community Property Management (CPM) is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Champaign-Urbana. With over 55 years of experience, we pride ourselves on a supportive work culture that celebrates growth and excellence.
Position Summary & ScheduleYou will support day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and identify operational improvements. We offer both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (30 hours) positions. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, plus every other Saturday, 10 AM – 2 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with lease administration.
- Resolve tenant inquiries and conflicts with a friendly, assertive demeanor.
- Maintain accurate property records and collaborate with the management team.
- Strong customer service background and conflict resolution skills.
- Dependable work ethic and two years of college education.
- Previous property management or leasing experience is preferred but not required.
