Position Overview

This opportunity is either full time (36hrs/week) or part time (24hrs/week), offers full benefits, and options to work day (7am – 7:30pm) or night (7pm – 7:30am) shifts. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Excellent New Grad Mentorship Program is available. This opportunity includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times.
• Work collaboratively with peer nurses and nursing leaders nationwide.
• Participate in Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager‑in‑training programs.
• Engage in continuing education and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license (or eligibility to obtain or renew; new grads welcome to apply)
• Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred
