Molding Technician (Mold Mechanic) at our Champaign, IL, manufacturing facility. In this hands‑on role, you’ll maintain, repair, and optimize high‑speed molding machinery to ensure efficient production of food and beverage packaging components. • Pay range $29.21 - $32.32 per hour
• Sign‑on bonus $1,000.00
• Schedule:
  
  2‑2‑3 with every other weekend off – Friday – Sunday
• Hours:
  
  12‑hour night, 5:45 pm – 6:00 am
• Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime

• Set up, process, and troubleshoot molding machinery and auxiliary equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule to maximize uptime and product quality
• Ensure parts meet all quality and safety requirements
• Monitor and maintain chiller and production system performance
  
  Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams
• Maintain accurate documentation according to GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards
• Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience as a molding technician, mold mechanic, or related maintenance role
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
