Regional Director of Operations; RDO

Job Summary

The RDO will be responsible for partnering with the Regional Directors of Operations at multiple facilities throughout their assigned region, to provide financial oversight and support to the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance and budgets, regulatory compliance, census, staffing and more.

• Oversee facility operations in all departments and provide leadership to Administrators at all assigned facilities in region.
• Responsible for monitoring revenue, budgets, census for facility.
• Provide leadership and guidance to facility management in a supportive and effective manner.

• Must have at least 5 years experience in a Regional Operations management role.
• 5 years or more in LTC industry preferred.
• Must possess an unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator licence in the state of IL.
