General Manager – Service‑Based Business (

Location:

Champaign, Illinois, at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise operated by Shunk Corporation).

Starting Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (with performance‑based incentives and profit sharing).

• Oversee all aspects of daily business operations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to management team and both sales and operations staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork
• Review business data and adapt to produce operational and financial improvements
• Ensure goals are met or exceeded in profitability, sales metrics, customer experience, and operational standards

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–10 years of relevant experience
• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
• Background in sales, operations, and/or training; prior P&L responsibility preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency with a variety of software and applications including Microsoft 365
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate
