YourMission:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with financial advisors and network office leadership to understand their business objectives and support needs.
- Guide advisors in effectively utilizing Northwestern Mutual’s technology tools to enhance client-advisor experiences and boost productivity.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software configurations, to optimize business processes.
- Provide advanced project consultation and subject matter expertise to enhance customer experiences during office remodels and upgrades.
- Collect valuable feedback from advisors to ensure our technology solutions meet user needs.
- Manage escalations and oversee enterprise technology implementations, ensuring smooth communication with local and corporate leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest simple technology applications to improve advisor practices.
- Participate in planning sessions to strategize for increased productivity and client satisfaction.
- Deliver training on technology best practices, helping users prepare for new technology deployments.
- Oversee vendor management of third-party technology solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and integration.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through training sessions and engagement activities.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in complex computer hardware and software technologies through ongoing education.
- Be prepared for occasional travel based on supported offices.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, including consultation within financial services or a similar industry.
- Experience in coaching and training professionals.
- Preferred technology support experience.
- A strong understanding of sales-focused software technology and its benefits.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in computer and mobile device hardware and software.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A proven track record of driving measurable improvements in an outcome-based model.
- Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills.
Compensation Range:
- Pay Range - Start: $60,340.00
- Pay Range - End: $
Geographic Specific Pay Structure:
- Structure 110: $66,360.00 - $
- Structure 115: $69,370.00 - $
