HR Generalist

Meyer Capel Law Firm is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our operations team in the Champaign office. In this role,you will be a key member in delivering comprehensive HR support across thefirm. Your responsibilities will span all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

We’re looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of HR best practices and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees while ensuring smooth administrative processes that support our employees. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Meyer Capel offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 37.5 hour workweek, medical, dental, vision, lifeand long-term disability insurance, flexible spending account or health savings account, a retirement program, paid PTO, and company holidays. The expected payrange for individuals with entry-level to five years of experience is between $20.00and $24.00 per hour.
