Join The Pavilion Behavioral Health System as an Inpatient Therapist in our Residential Treatment Center located in Champaign, IL. Monday‑Friday, day shift. The Pavilion includes a 110‑bed inpatient hospital, a residential treatment center for youth, a residential addictions treatment conclusion program, and also offers outpatient services including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and a private day school for students with learning disabilities and behavior disorders.

• Lead the multidisciplinary treatment team in developing individual treatment plans and document services performed in the client records.
• Provide individual and family therapy as prescribed by treatment plans, using a best‑practice therapeutic orientation to address кыргыз patient needs.

• Complete psychosocial assessments and other خواه assessment as outlined in hospital policy and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate the development of treatment goals that are specific to the individual needs of patients.
• Participate in regular audits of documentation in patient records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discussions involving individualized patient care.
• Carry a caseload and facilitate prescribed therapy for individual patients on the caseload; work closely with case managers to determine needs post‑discharge.
