Location: Champaign, Illinois.
Facility: Community health center.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for licensure in Illinois. DEA required.
- Must be available to participate in on call coverage (telephone response).
- May be assigned to more than one location.
- Current Advanced Practice Licensure and certification in Illinois or ability to attain.
- Must work at least one extended shift per week (hours outside of 8am to 5pm) and rotate through Saturday coverage (8am to 2pm).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Weekly
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday (based on business needs).

Compensation: Salary Range - $106,500 to $115,000 depending upon experience
Potential for yearly retention bonuses
Completed background check and drug screen required prior to start date.
