A growing Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead operations, support clinical staff, and enhance the patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge role where you’ll be empowered to manage your pharmacy, staff, workflows, and provider relationships.

• Serve as the clinical pharmacy partner to healthcare providers and clinic teams.
• Provide medication education and support to patients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff.
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including patient safety & quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory & workflow management, staying current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse standards, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• BS Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D from an accredited university.
• Active pharmacy license in the practicing state.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills & a passion for patient care.
