Join Total Spectrum, LLC in providing high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a BCaBA you will assist behavior analysts in supervising cases, modifying protocols, delivering treatment by protocol, and guiding families.

• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as‑needed.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians, as‑needed.
• Assist behavior analysts with protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming.
• Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non‑billable activities.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months.
• Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements).
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.
