The Entrepreneurship & Contractor Training Lead designs and delivers entrepreneurship and contractor readiness training aligned with clean energy industry requirements and CEJA program objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver workshops, cohort-based training, and instructional programming
- Coordinate instructors and partner organizations
- Evaluate training effectiveness and participant outcomes
- Experience in adult education, workforce training, or entrepreneurship instruction
