Overview
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. Our locations span a nationwide footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches—including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, accredited Montessori methods (AMI and AMS), and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
What You’ll Do- Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
- Encourage independence and collaboration through hands‑on, play‑based learning.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
