Part-time Art Studio Model
Hourly Rate: $18.00
This position is a temporary, on-campus, part-time, up to 19‑hour appointment based in Champaign, Illinois.

The Art Studio Model is required to pose nude for a college‑level drawing class. Students will study the anatomy and structure of the human body. The class is held in a private studio classroom with approximately 20 enrolled students. Models work 3‑4 times per month, each session lasting 2 hours and 45 minutes. Hours are daytime or evening, depending on course schedules.
Applicants must submit:

- Pose nude for art studio classes.
- Hold specific poses, at the direction of the course instructor, for up to twenty minutes without moving.
- Perform multiple poses over time for a class period up to 2 hours and 45 minutes. Poses may include standing, seating, or reclining positions at twenty‑minute intervals. Some active, gestural poses may also be required at up to five‑minute intervals.
- Maintain physical composure and professional demeanor for the entirety of the course.
- Comfortable performing as a live unclothed model.
- Full range of motion in the back and joints to satisfy pose requirements.
- Successfully complete a post‑offer, pre‑employment criminal background check with fingerprinting, covering exclusions per Illinois School Code and Title IV of the Higher Education Act.
- Not a SURS annuitant, or willing to suspend SURS annuity upon employment, unless receiving annuity under a Self‑Managed Plan or lump‑sum payment.
