Overview
1.0 FTE (36 hours a week in direct patient care and 4 hours of admin time). Specialties:
Primary Care (Family Practice), Medication Assisted Treatment, Addiction Medicine, Internal Medicine. Promise Healthcare is a community health center in Champaign, Illinois. Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for licensure in Illinois. DEA required.

Responsibilities- Provide care across the lifespan for patients at Promise Healthcare.
- Possibility of being assigned to more than one location.
- Participate in on-call coverage (telephone response).
- Be willing to participate as collaborating physician for APPs.
- Work at least one extended shift per week (outside 8am–5pm) and rotate through Saturday coverage (8am–2pm).
- Complete a background check and drug screen prior to start date.
- MD or DO.
- Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
- DEA certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Be willing to participate as collaborating physician for APPs.
- Ability to participate in on-call coverage (telephone response).
- Monday to Saturday (Based on Business Needs).

Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 depending upon experience. Potential for yearly retention bonuses.
