Your job will be to advise customers on the available parts and service options Greet customers and maintain a positive customer relationship throughout the entire experience to ensure repeat business.

* Job Requirements:

** Previous experience working in automotive or construction industry preferred. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).Must be able to manage heavy phone volume with great data entry skills while paying close attention to details. Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an elevated level of competence with computer related programs.
