• Accountable for the safe and effective operation of the school, ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards.
• Ensure an educational, caring and safe environment for children and parents.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed child care facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.

• Assistant Director salary $21.46-$22.30 per hour with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
