Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is comfortable learning new processes, and contributes to keeping the organization running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, file, and maintain paperwork, records, and digital documents
- Assist with medical billing and claims processing (training provided)
- Count, track, and manage office and medical inventory (training provided)
- Support data entry, scheduling, and general office coordination
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, and internal documents
- Communicate with staff and external partners as needed
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- 3+ years as an administrative assistant REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with learning new systems and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
- Training provided for specialized tasks such as billing
