• Keep the property clean by walking throughout the day to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Assist the make‑ready process by removing trash from vacant units and disposing of it appropriately.
• Maintain and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers according to pickup schedule.
• Help distribute notices and flyers to residents as needed.
• Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial or exterior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and small power equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependability and a proactive, self‑motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
