Gallo Legal Services is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Videographer to support deposition recording, legal proceedings, and trial-related video services. This role is focused on hands-on execution and requires comfort working in structured, high-stakes legal environments.

The ideal candidate is reliable, technically capable, and comfortable interacting directly with attorneys and legal teams.

• Record legal proceedings, primarily depositions, in compliance with court and evidentiary standards
• Set up, operate, and break down video, audio, and lighting equipment on-site
• Ensure clear, accurate, and professional recordings suitable for legal use
• Provide value-added services such as synchronized transcripts and picture-in-picture video
• Support trial presentation services and courtroom technology as needed
• Edit and manage video files for delivery to clients and internal teams
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all client interactions
• Assist with internal marketing or creative video projects during downtime

• Experience in videography; legal videography experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with trial presentation tools (Trial Director, OnCue, or similar) is a plus
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with AV equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
