JavaScript Applications Developer - Cisco Finesse Lead

Looking to hire an experienced, resourceful, and inventive JavaScript Application Developer to join our team. Experience with the Cisco Unified Contact Center Environment, UCCE is a requirement. This role will be responsible for the technical leadership of Finesse customization and Finesse/Salesforce platform integration. This role will work across multiple teams to develop an integrated solution.

• Provide expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex web/ mobile/ desktop applications.
• Highly proficient with Java script development features with Wire Frame experience.
• Support modernization of the Cisco Finesse Agent Desktop and integration with other systems and communication channels.
• Cisco Finesse Administration and application support Gadgets, Layout, and UI Flows.
• Understand the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Have knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Use build tools, such as Webpack.
• Repair problems, test and deploy vendor patches, and upgrade software versions.
• Translate designer mock-ups into front-end code.
• Work with development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in oral and written communication, as needed, to interface with diverse, multidisciplinary staff.
• Develop software application tests and testing strategies.
• Script solutions to automate manual processes.
• Follow and instruct others on version control processes.
• Develop solutions to strengthen security in and around applications.
• Leverage application metrics to inform technical and business decisions.
• Analyze industry-specific requirements/technologies and provide insight.

• U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and phase-based delivery methods.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

• Experience working in large contact center environment.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Nest.js, Stash, Git, Bit Bucket.
