Key Responsibilities Take ownership of daily office operations and provide top-level support to a successful real estate agent.

Communicate confidently with clients in
** Spanish and English
** via phone, email, and in person.

Stay on top of files, documents, and real estate paperwork—keeping everything organized and moving forward.

Use
** Microsoft Excel
** to track listings, transactions, commissions, and client information accurately.

Assist with real estate contracts, forms, and transaction coordination.

Schedule showings, inspections, appointments, and closings—always thinking  proactive: identify what needs to be done and handle it without being asked.

Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and at a high level of productivity.###

Required Qualifications Fluent in
** Spanish and English** (written and verbal).Experience in an office or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus).Strong working knowledge of
** Microsoft Excel**.Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
** High-energy, dependable, and self-motivated**.Proactive mindset—you take action instead of waiting for direction.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy, in-office environment.
