** About the Role
** We are seeking a reliable, professional
** Real Estate Office Receptionist
** to be the face and first point of contact for our Norcross office. This position is ideal for someone who is
** organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly**.The receptionist plays a key role in daily office operations by managing front desk responsibilities, supporting agents and staff, and ensuring the office remains welcoming, organized, and well-stocked.###
** Key Responsibilities
** Answer incoming phone calls and route calls appropriately

Take accurate messages and follow up when needed

Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars

Keep the office organized, clean, and presentable at all times

Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Assist with basic administrative tasks and support the team Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries###
