Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

* Administer medications accurately and safely to residents according to physician orders

* Perform medication passes in a timely and organized manner

* Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report any adverse reactions

* Document medication administration and resident responses in the electronic medical record

* Communicate with physicians, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary care team as needed

* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and inventory of medications on the cart

* Follow all state regulations, facility policies, and infection control protocols

* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining professionalism

* Assist with basic nursing assessments and report changes in resident condition

* Support a positive team environment and collaborate with fellow nursing staff

* Acts as an RN Supervisor if there are call offs

Qualifications

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.

* Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
