Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a night shift position requiring call response and Epic experience.

• Position is based in a hospital operating room environment
• Night shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 22:45 to 07:15
• On-call required with a 30-minute response time
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• Floating to other units may be required
• Patient care may include those with COVID-19
• Uses Epic for charting
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required
• Up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) may be considered
• Pair travelers are accepted but matched schedules are not guaranteed

• Active PA or compact RN license with no license hits
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must complete pre-start training modules
• Facility has a 50-mile local radius rule for travel pay rate eligibility
