Assist in operating filling line equipment and packaging equipment, perform general inspections of products during operation, and pack off finished product.;
Monitor product cases to ensure proper weight and accurate packaging components, check machinery for film splices, breakage, and jams, and report any issues to the service machine operator immediately.;
Prepare work area for production, keep it clean and orderly throughout the work shift, place damaged product packages into proper containers, and discard trash.;
Start and stop production equipment as assigned during the shift and maintain a daily report on product, brand, type, and quantity produced.;
Support the SQF Program and promote food safety by maintaining housekeeping in the immediate area and contribute to an audit-ready department.
