Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and functional analyses to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as needed
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including session notes and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency policies
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or ABA therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment and intervention methods
