• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience (hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred)
• Ability to work on-site in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with neurodevelopmental treatment, developmental disabilities, or rehabilitation management is a plus

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in hospital patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
