Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financials, strengthens controls, and partners with internal teams to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

+ Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare monthly reporting/variance analysis.

+ Support cash management, bank recs, fixed assets, and audit preparation.

+ Assist with inventory/cost accounting (if applicable).

+ Ensure GAAP compliance and improve internal processes.

+ Provide financial analysis for budgeting and forecasting.

+ Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.

+ 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing experience a plus.

+ Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

+ Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
