Job Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post implant clinical activities.
• Educate patients on procedures.
• Educate nursing staff/colleagues.
• Participate in professional growth activities.
• Ensure compliance and participate in quality initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Registered Nurse Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3 years related experience with RN Diploma or RN Associate Degree, or 2 years related experience with a BS Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications:
  
  Current RN license, BLS from the AHA, ACLS from the AHA. Preferred: certification in clinical specialty area.
• KSAs:
  Must have computer skills for data entry and retrieval. Proficient with Windows applications and related software. Effective verbal and written communication. Strong leadership skills. Reliable transportation to travel between facilities. Reliable contact method for 24/7 on-call availability.

Frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to move objects; occasionally up to 100 pounds. Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, communicable diseases, hazardous medications and waste. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
