Warehouse Associate

Amtech Elevator Services, a subsidiary of Otis Elevator Company operating in Southern California and Houston, Texas, focuses on elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization.

• Inventory control and parts ordering
• Shipping and receiving
• Tool/equipment management – ensuring equipment is up-to-date and operating properly
• Proper containment of waste oil, schedule pickups by waste oil vendor, and maintain disposal documentation in compliance with Otis and state regulations
• Prepare and submit required paperwork for state taxes due on hazardous waste shipments
• Arrange delivery of parts or equipment to job sites
• Track and submit required paperwork for city parking permits and provide other vehicle fleet administration support

• High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience
• Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive F250 & F350 (1 ton) trucks, coordinate deliveries/pickups, pass DOT exam
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and multi‑tasking; experience supporting several departments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000. Pay within the range will be based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
